How long will it take to receive my order?

All pieces are made-to-order, so please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number within 48 hours of your order being shipped. 

What is my ring size?

Stop by your local jeweler and ask to borrow their ring sizer. You can also order a ring sizer online to take your ring size. If you already wear rings, you can measure their inside diameter and reference a US ring size chart. Using millimeters for rings can help ensure a more accurate measurement.

What is your return policy?

Refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed. Once your order is delivered, you have 2 weeks to exchange your piece for another size or for store credit. Mother Grandfather is not responsible for packages lost with shipping carriers.

How do I exchange a product?

Send an email with your request to hello@mothergrandfather.studio within 14 days of receiving your item, where we will provide return shipping instructions. Mother Grandfather is not responsible for exchange shipping costs. 

How do I best take care of my pieces?

Sterling Silver may tarnish over time, but will always polish back up with a good cleaning. You may use a polishing cloth, or clean with baking soda. To clean silver, line a container with aluminum foil (shiny side up), add boiling water, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, and 1 tablespoon of salt, then soak silver for 3-4 minutes to remove tarnish. Gently scrub with a soft cloth or toothbrush, rinse well, and dry thoroughly.
